The Millington Municipal School District is proud to announce the opening of the Millington Early Learning Academy (MELA) for the 2025–2026 school year. This new learning space is designed specifically for our youngest learners and will serve as a dedicated early childhood campus focused on high-quality Pre-Kindergarten education.

When MELA opens its doors in Fall 2025, it will house eight Pre-Kindergarten classrooms, each led by certified early childhood educators who are passionate about creating safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environments. Through play-based instruction and meaningful learning experiences, students will begin building the academic, social, and emotional skills they need for long-term success in school.

In addition to general Pre-K programming, the Millington Early Learning Academy will also provide Special Education services to meet the needs of students with identified learning differences. Our team is committed to offering inclusive, supportive learning opportunities where all students can grow and thrive.

MELA represents an exciting investment in the future of our children and our community. We believe that the early years are critical, and by providing a strong start, we are setting the foundation for a lifetime of learning.
